Iconic Apparel House Inc. – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 07-07-2025

1. General Policy Overview

As a manufacturer and wholesaler of custom-designed apparel, all orders produced by Iconic Apparel House Inc. are made-to-order and tailored specifically for each client. Due to the customized nature of our business, all sales are final. However, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to resolving any verified issues.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Custom-made or private label items
  • Personalized designs, sizing, or branding
  • Final sale or discounted bulk items
  • Any item altered or washed after delivery

3. Quality Assurance & Claims Process

We inspect every product before shipment. If there is a production defect, clients must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Valid Claims Include:

  • Incorrect sizing (if it does not match approved tech pack or sample)
  • Manufacturing defects (seams, stitching, construction)
  • Wrong product or branding (compared to final approved sample)

To Submit a Claim:

  • Email us at info@iconicapparelhouse.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Description of the problem
  • Allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to investigate

If approved, we will:

  • Offer to remake the defective items at no extra charge, OR
  • Offer a credit note for future use (refunds are only considered in rare and exceptional cases)

4. Shipping Errors or Damaged in Transit

If items are damaged during shipping or if there is a shipping error:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide unboxing video and images
  • We will coordinate with the shipping provider and remake or resend the correct item(s) as appropriate

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment and design/sample approval.
  • After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be issued, as raw materials are purchased and production may begin.

6. Sizing & Fit Responsibility

We recommend all clients:

  • Approve size specs and measurements before bulk production
  • Order a sample if unsure of fit or fabric quality

Iconic Apparel House is not liable for sizing issues if samples and sizing charts were approved prior to production.


7. Restocking Fee (for Exceptions)

In rare, pre-approved return situations:

  • A 30% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund or credit
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the client

8. Final Decision Authority

All return, refund, or remake decisions are at the sole discretion of Iconic Apparel House Inc. and our Quality Control Department.


Policy Rationale

This policy protects our company from:

  • Unfair chargebacks
  • Custom order abuse
  • Time and material loss from changing requests

It also ensures serious buyers receive professional, fair service backed by a clear dispute-resolution process.
