1. General

By placing an order or engaging with Iconic Apparel House, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. These apply to all services, including custom manufacturing, wholesale supply, sourcing, sampling, and consulting. As a buying/sourcing office in Canada with production in Bangladesh, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate relationships with clients that violate these terms, act in bad faith, or create undue disruption.

2. Order Process & Minimums

All production and wholesale orders require written confirmation and signed approval. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) must be met. Orders below MOQ may be priced differently or declined.

3. Sampling Terms

Sample development is billable unless waived in writing. We reserve the right to withhold samples until payment is complete. Samples may not be used commercially without written approval.

4. Client-Provided Materials

We are not liable for issues caused by defective or inaccurate client-supplied materials (e.g., fabrics, designs, or trims).

5. Payments & Delays

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Remaining balance must be paid before shipping. Late or incomplete payments may result in delays or cancellations. All payments are non-refundable once production starts.

6. Communication & Conduct

Timely communication is expected. Lack of response for 7+ business days may result in project hold or cancellation. Unprofessional behavior may lead to permanent termination of service.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.

8. Returns & Disputes

All sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Disputes must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to assess and resolve complaints on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

We respect client confidentiality. We reserve the right to showcase unbranded work for portfolio purposes unless restricted in writing.

10. Termination of Agreement

We may decline or end business with any client that misrepresents information, fails to pay, or engages in behavior that jeopardizes our operations.
